Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your course enrolment, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the start date of the course.

For cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of the course, you will receive a full refund minus a 50% cancellation fee if less than 50% of the course material has been accessed.

For cancellations made within 7 days of the start of the course, no refund will be given.

In the event of a no-show or early departure from the course, the full amount of the course fee will be charged.
