Background & Story

Passenger boarding and reconciliation are critical for on-time departures and safety compliance. PRS was developed to digitize and streamline boarding and reconciliation. It is a web and mobile platform that enables agents to scan boarding passes and update passenger status in real time, while admin and operations teams monitor progress through a centralized system.
